T3 High-Ambient R32 Split AC Engineering Support for Morocco

A customer preparing to develop its own air-conditioning brand for the Moroccan market approached YUJU for a high-ambient R32 inverter split AC solution. The project is currently in the product-evaluation and engineering-support stage, with the goal of validating the correct platform before moving into OEM mass production.

Unlike a standard split AC inquiry, this project requires reliable cooling performance under outdoor temperatures of up to 52°C. Based on this operating condition, YUJU recommended evaluating a T3 high-ambient inverter platform rather than a standard-climate configuration.

1. Morocco Market Requirement

Actual split AC product appearance used as a platform reference for the Morocco OEM project. Final model configuration, branding, nameplate and technical specifications are confirmed according to the selected T3 high-ambient production platform.

2. Why a T3 High-Ambient Platform Matters

For markets with very high summer temperatures, selecting an air conditioner only by nominal BTU capacity is not sufficient. The compressor, outdoor heat exchanger, fan system, refrigerant circuit and control logic must all be suitable for high condensing temperatures.

The final technical datasheet will be matched to the actual production model, including compressor model, cooling and heating capacity, power input, efficiency, noise level, operating range and other performance data.

4. Sample Validation Before OEM Production

Before starting the planned OEM production order, the customer requested two complete sample units: one 9,000 BTU unit and one 12,000 BTU unit.

The samples will allow the customer to evaluate local cooling performance, product quality, installation configuration and supporting technical documentation in Morocco before approving the larger production program.

Sample units are chargeable, and freight is calculated separately. YUJU can assist with shipment from China to Morocco and, depending on the selected logistics service, coordinate delivery to the customer's warehouse.

6. Standard Accessories & Installation Configuration

The proposed complete split AC package includes the main accessories required for the standard product configuration.

Copper pipe length, cable specifications and other accessory requirements can be evaluated according to the customer's installation standard and final OEM configuration.

Actual accessory configuration reference for a split AC system, including refrigerant connection components, remote control, manual and drainage accessories. Final packing contents are confirmed according to the selected production model and OEM requirement.

7. Certification & Market Documentation Support

For the final selected models, YUJU can coordinate the available technical datasheets, energy-efficiency information, product test reports and applicable certification documents for customer evaluation.

When the finished product is sold under the customer's own brand, corresponding private-label certification may also be required depending on the final market-access requirement. YUJU can assist with document preparation and submission, while third-party certification costs are evaluated separately according to the selected product series and certification scope.

8. From Market Testing to OEM Production

The customer's current plan is to validate one sample of each capacity in Morocco before moving to the first OEM production batch.

This staged approach reduces product-selection risk and allows the customer to verify high-ambient performance, documentation and brand presentation before scaling the program.
