Project Overview

This residential HVAC project involved the design, installation and commissioning of a customized whole-house indoor climate system for a luxury residence.

The project was designed to provide more than basic heating and cooling. The objective was to create a coordinated indoor environment combining temperature control, fresh air ventilation, air distribution and intelligent climate control within one integrated HVAC solution.

Project Requirements

YUJU EnvironTech Solution

Based on the building conditions and indoor comfort requirements, YUJU EnvironTech developed an integrated residential HVAC solution combining air handling, fresh air ventilation, customized ductwork and intelligent climate control.

Instead of treating each HVAC component independently, the system was planned as a complete air distribution network. Equipment capacity, duct routing, supply outlets, return air paths and fresh air integration were coordinated during the design and installation process.

High-Efficiency Air Handling

The air handling system provides centralized conditioned air distribution throughout the residence. Equipment selection was coordinated with the required airflow, duct resistance and indoor comfort requirements.

Fresh Air Ventilation

Fresh outdoor air was integrated into the whole-house air system to improve ventilation and support better indoor air quality in regularly occupied spaces.

Customized Air Distribution

Ductwork and air outlets were arranged according to the building layout and room requirements. Supply and return air paths were coordinated to improve airflow circulation and reduce uneven temperatures between different areas of the residence.

Intelligent Climate Control

The HVAC system incorporates intelligent temperature control to provide convenient operation and more responsive indoor comfort management.

System Testing & Commissioning

Final commissioning is an important part of a whole-house HVAC project. Equipment installation alone does not guarantee that every room will receive the intended airflow or maintain consistent comfort.

After installation, the system was tested and adjusted to verify airflow distribution, equipment operation, temperature control and overall system performance.
