This project involved the complete design, installation, airflow balancing and commissioning of a whole-house HVAC system for a luxury residential property.

The objective was to provide reliable year-round indoor comfort through optimized air distribution, fresh air ventilation and efficient HVAC operation.

Rather than focusing only on equipment installation, the project included airflow measurement and final system verification to confirm that the completed HVAC system operated according to the intended design.

Airflow Measurement & Balancing

Installing HVAC equipment and ductwork does not automatically guarantee balanced comfort. Actual airflow must be checked after installation to verify that each area receives the required amount of conditioned air.

During commissioning, the system airflow was measured and adjusted according to the design requirements. Supply air distribution, return air paths and overall system operation were reviewed to reduce uneven temperatures and unnecessary airflow resistance.

This commissioning process helps transform the HVAC design from a theoretical plan into a verified operating system.
