HVAC Engineering & Technical Support
From Equipment Selection to Airflow Design, Smart Zoning and Complete System Integration
Successful HVAC projects require more than selecting air-conditioning equipment. Equipment capacity, airflow, ductwork, room zoning, control logic and installation conditions must work together as one coordinated system.
YUJU provides engineering and technical support for international HVAC distributors, contractors, developers and project partners who require customized system solutions rather than equipment supply alone.
Based on architectural drawings and project requirements, we can assist with equipment selection, airflow calculation, duct planning, intelligent room-by-room zoning, HVAC control integration and complete system configuration.
From Floor Plans to a Complete HVAC Solution
Every building has different room layouts, thermal loads, climate conditions and comfort requirements. For this reason, YUJU does not treat customized HVAC projects as simple equipment selection.
Our engineering process can begin with the architectural floor plans and project requirements.
- Cooling and heating load evaluation
- HVAC equipment selection and capacity matching
- Room-by-room airflow calculation
- Supply and return air planning
- Duct sizing and static pressure evaluation
- Room zoning strategy
- Control system architecture
- Equipment and accessory matching
- Complete project BOM preparation
Ducted HVAC System Design
For ducted HVAC systems, correct airflow distribution is essential for comfort, noise control and reliable equipment operation.
YUJU can calculate and coordinate the air-distribution system according to room requirements and selected HVAC equipment.
- Required airflow for each room or zone
- Main and branch duct dimensions
- Supply air velocity
- Return air configuration
- External static pressure requirements
- Supply diffuser selection
- Return grille selection
- Plenum and transition requirements
- Duct insulation recommendations
The objective is to ensure that the HVAC unit, duct system and terminal air distribution are designed as one complete system.
Intelligent Room-by-Room HVAC Zoning
Traditional ducted HVAC systems often use one thermostat to control an entire floor or building. However, different rooms can have very different cooling and heating requirements.
YUJU intelligent zoning technology allows individual rooms or zones to respond independently according to their actual temperature demand.
A typical zoning system can integrate:
- Individual room thermostats or controllers
- Temperature and humidity sensors
- Motorized proportional dampers
- 0–10V airflow regulation
- PLC-based central control
- Modbus communication
- Static pressure monitoring
- Bypass damper control where required
- HVAC equipment operation coordination
YUJU Air Basic™ Intelligent Zoning Platform
YUJU Air Basic™ is YUJU's intelligent zoning control solution developed for ducted and all-air HVAC applications.
The platform upgrades a conventional centralized air system into a room-level intelligent control system by combining room controllers, PLC control, communication modules, proportional dampers and automatic control logic.
Independent Room Temperature Control
Each room can have its own temperature setting. The system continuously compares the room temperature with the target temperature and determines the actual cooling or heating demand.
Automatic Airflow Regulation
According to room demand, the corresponding motorized damper automatically changes its opening position to increase or reduce supply airflow.
Automatic System Pressure Management
When several zones reduce airflow, duct static pressure can increase. Depending on the selected system architecture, YUJU can use bypass control, static pressure monitoring or variable-speed fan coordination to maintain stable airflow and reduce noise risk.
HVAC Equipment Coordination
Total zone demand can be calculated by the control platform and used to coordinate the operating requirements of the ducted indoor unit, AHU or HVAC system.
The exact capacity-control method depends on the selected HVAC equipment and its available communication or control interface.
HVAC Control Integration
One of the most important parts of an intelligent zoning system is the coordination between room demand, airflow and HVAC equipment operation.
Depending on the selected HVAC platform, YUJU can evaluate integration through:
- Modbus communication
- RS485 communication
- 0–10V control
- Dry-contact signals
- Thermostat interfaces
- Manufacturer communication gateways
- PLC control logic
For inverter or variable-capacity systems, YUJU can evaluate whether total zone demand can be used to coordinate fan speed and HVAC capacity according to the communication capability of the selected equipment.
Smart zoning is not simply adding motorized dampers to each room. A complete zoning system must consider minimum equipment airflow, duct static pressure, fan operation and HVAC capacity control together.
