Why are airflow and static pressure especially important?

Large-capacity RTUs often serve larger duct networks. The fan must therefore provide the required airflow against the actual resistance of the connected system.

Cooling capacity alone does not guarantee acceptable building performance if the fan and duct system are not correctly coordinated.
